Our medallions are manufactured locally, so lead time is a matter of days and the quality is superb.

We carefully select the perfect stone to compliment each design. Your customer has several options; they can choose one of our designs or create their own. What excites the customer is the design does not have to be a standard medallion; it can be a mural. If your customer can imagine it, we can cut it. our mission is to become the preferred choice for meeting your toughest material cutting challenges and always exceeding your every expectation.

We also offer surround field tiles. You can use our surround tiles to frame your medallion to a square shape allowing for easier installation or we can cut surround tiles from tiles you provide us as well. There are two styles of surround field tiles, one that centers the medallion on the surround tiles grout lines and the other centers the medallion on the surround tiles center field. Product Policy

The buyer has the opportunity to cancel an order within 48 hours after Franton's receives the purchase order. In the event the customer cancels an order after the 48 hour deadline, the buyer agrees to pay Franton's expenditures for raw materials and overhead.

Our natural stones are products of nature. No two pieces are alike and can vary from one tile/slab to another or from one area to another within each tile/slab, nor does Franton's warrant against any defects discovered after installation. Prior to installation, all medallions must be inspected and approved by the buyer. Absolutely no claims will be accepted for any reason after material has been installed.

There is a NO RETURN POLICY on all custom orders. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
